abstract
contemporary poets have allocated a great share in quranic intertextuality to themselves. one of these poets is the palestinian one called fadavi toqan who has used the quranic concepts and vocabulary in order to express social and political problems as well as his own pains and suffers. in the present article the poet has studied all three kinds of pun by bringing examples.
